Fa Concept brings the idea of a farm-like, carefree and self-sustained way to live, through our own pair of hands, we create what we think is beautiful - Sourcing seasonal flowers in fields, going back to the barn to create the artwork; and ending the day with a tasty homemade afternoon tea.
Naturally inspired, our design preserves the beauty of wildflowers. We stress the natural curve of plants and their growing angles. To us, floral design is not just an arrangement but there is science behind making the design works.
But nothing is better than flowers decorated around food. We pursue aesthetics through raw, homemade pastry served at afternoon tea parties decorated with flowers, as well as a few fine courses presented in a floral setting during our experimental cooking events. We bring food and flowers together and delight you with visuals and flavors on another level.
Something about Rose 我的小事
I am an amateur chef who indulges in the floristry world.
I first discovered my passion for cooking at 12 when my mum bought an oven at home and making cookies and pastries became my favorite hobby during weekends. Later I went to Le Cordon Bleu for short courses and took a Hotel Culinary Art Diploma in HK.
After graduation, I started pursuing my dream in the Food Industry, and dined at quite a lot of restaurants as well as did some experimental cooking. During that time, I met a few floral designers providing service at high-end fancy restaurants. I love how they created vibes, just like creating the soul of the restaurant.
It was during that time, I realized VIBES created by flowers and combined with food is exactly what I want to create. Driven by my passion for art, I went for training by a famous florist whom I highly respected. Later, through self-learning and practicing many times, I finally developed my own style and created FA CONCEPT by R.
Fa Concept 是結合花藝、廚藝的品牌,設計概念是源於我對花和食物的熱愛 。
12歲時,媽媽為家裡添置一個烤箱,在週末我們會做餅乾和糕點,這成為我最喜歡的嗜好,也是我初期發現自己對烹飪的熱情。後來,我去了法國留學,期間更到了藍帶上課,回港後半工讀獲得了酒店烹飪藝術文憑。
畢業后,我開始在飲食行業工作,追求我的夢想。在那段時間里,我遇到了一些在餐廳提供花藝服務的設計師。他們向我講解在餐廳內的花藝安排,如何為餐廳創造氛圍,就像創造餐廳的靈魂一樣。
正是在那段時間,我意識到由鮮花營造的氣氛 VIBES 與食物互相結合正是我一直追求的,我想把它發展成藝術,利用花和食物創造不一樣的體驗。在對藝術強烈熱情的驅使下,我向一位我十分尊敬、在花藝界知名度高的花藝師學習,加上後來的自學和實踐,,我終於發展了自己的風格,並創造了 Fa Concept by R。
蒔花 Fa Concept 展示的是一種農場式生活態度,自給自足,透過一雙手去把大自然的美發揮到極致 —— 我們喜歡這樣的一天:在田間採摘時令花卉,再回到穀倉創作藝術品,最後以美味的自家製下午茶作結。
來自大自然的靈感,我們的設計保留了野花的美,強調植物自然曲線及其生長角度。而這不僅僅是插花,背後更是結合了科學的藝術。
但沒有什麼比食物加上鮮花更好不過了。
我們追求的美學常以下午茶派對、甚至是野餐、幾道法國菜的形式表達,自家製的糕點,配上桌上的佈置和枱花,將食物和鮮花結合在一起,帶給你視覺和味覺上另一個層次的感受。
